The Bachelor includes an educational part in savoir-être, savoir-vivre, the codes of luxury... Many seminars prepare students for their life in luxury hotels: protocol, etiquette, propriety, how to dress, to stand, and behave in luxury settings.

The Bachelor includes many activities to familiarise students with the world of luxury such as a night at the Palace and a field trip to Reims where Chef Arnaud Lallement welcomes you in his 3-star Michelin restaurant.

Luxury marketing

Luxury marketing has its rules. In the Bachelor, you will study many high-end products and their marketing, for instance with a visit to Champagne Veuve Clicquot.

  • Duration: 1 year
  • Admission requirements: Level-5 diploma or second year of a Bachelor's degree in a related subject such as management, hospitaity or tourism, finance, languages, etc.

  • 3rd year's content: operational training, negociation and sales, serious game, event management, quality management, project management, business strategy, international communication, luxury code seminars, one-week field trip studying luxury marketing in Reims, capital of champagne (lectures are 100% in English, some seminars in French are optional)

  • 3rd year's content: human resource management, international hospitality operations, event management, heritage management, management challenge, extended essay, international communication, luxury code seminars (lectures are 100% in English)

Bachelor with French

The Bachelor with French is a management programme. Some of the lectures are in English as the level of English is the first criterion for the recruitment of young graduates in the luxury hotel industry. Studied in 3 years, the Bachelor with French includes three 5-month placements.

Bachelor in English

The Bachelor's degree is exceptional and unique as it is jointly delivered with a UK University in a French hotel school in Paris, the best of two worlds: Anglo-saxon management and French tradition of service and luxury. The programme includes two 5-month placements.
